Add the biscuits to a food processor and pulse until the biscuits are completely crushed to a fine powder
Add the cream cheese, condensed milk, and cardamom powder and blend until a crumbly dough like texture is made
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Roll the Parle-G mixture into small 1 inch balls
Cool in freezer for 15 minutes
While the balls are freezing, melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave in 15 second increments until fully melted
Remove the balls from the freezer and dip into the chocolate until fully covered using a fork to let the excess chocolate drip out and then place back on the parchment paper
If you want to add crushed Parle-G on top as a garnish, immediately sprinkle it on while the chocolate is still wet
Continue this for all the truffles and then set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes up to 2 hours
