Jazba brought so much color and energy to a chilly February evening. Inspired by Indian roadside eateries, the food had bold, unapologetic flavor—especially in the chaats, which were bright, tangy, and fun to eat. The curries carried layers of spice that felt comforting but still refined. I also loved how the cocktails mirrored that same sense of playfulness. The highlight of the entire meal for me was the fun, cute, interactive, Gola dessert, where you were able to make your own Gola with a variety of syrup flavors!
What stood out most to me was how Jazba manages to be both adventurous and approachable. It’s not just about eating but about experiencing flavor in a more lively way. By the time I left, I was already thinking about what I wanted to order on my next visit.
