Aloo Paneer Kebabs

These kebabs are a delicious blend of spiced potato, paneer, and a few other ingredients that bind together to make for a wonderful appetizer!

Alright guys, I went to my in-laws a few weeks ago and of course my mother-in-law welcomed us home with a feast full of yumminess because that’s just what moms do! When she asked us what we wanted, I had said I wanted something paneer and cheesy and when I got there, I was greeted with these delicious, flavor bombs of Aloo Paneer Kebabs! You guys, I’m telling you these are so delicious, I don’t know what it was, but I just couldn’t stop eating them. So of course, I had to get the recipe from my MIL so I could recreate these. They’re made with potato-paneer goodness along with some other delicious ingredients that create this little pillow bites of heaven.

These are so easy to make and don’t take much time at all! They are the perfect appetizer or snack for any time of day! Somehow, all these ingredients just mold together for the perfect taste and texture. You just have to try it to know what I’m talking about! It’s also a nice way to hide some spinach if you’re making these for your kids! You might just want to lessen the amount of green chili if you are giving it to your children. Honestly, I usually always have these ingredients at home, which is great, because I don’t need to make a special grocery trip when I want to make these!

Here’s a few quick tips to help you make these:

  • These kebabs only use one spice, Kitchen King masala, and I used the MDH brand
  • Don’t add the salt until you are ready to form the kebabs and fry them
  • Make sure you shred the potato and paneer rather than mashing it as this will help it bind together better
  • You want the spinach and coriander to be chopped finely so it mixes in evenly with the potato and paneer so you get a bit in each bite
  • Feel free to have these on its own or serve with a side of tamarind and green chutney!

I hope you guys will give this super tasty, super easy appetizer a try! I promise it’ll leave you wanting more! As always, let’s keep our hearts happy and bellies full! Happy eating, friends! Look forward to seeing photos of all your creations!
