Aloo Paneer Kebabs
These kebabs are a delicious blend of spiced potato, paneer, and a few other ingredients that bind together to make for a wonderful appetizer!

Servings: 8 Kebabs
- 2 russet potatoes boiled, peeled, and grated
- 8 oz paneer grated
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 3-4 green chilies finely minced
- 1/2 cup cashews ground up in a blender
- 1 tsp Kitchen King masala
- 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup coriander chopped
- salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined and only add the salt right before you are ready to form patties and fry
Form into 8 two-inch round patties or kebabs
Shallow fry in oil for 2-3 minutes per side or until fully cooked
Serve hot!
- I used MDH brand of Kitchen King masala
- You can add raisins to this as well if you'd like
