Zuma brought excitement and sophistication in equal measure. I loved the robata grill dishes, which were smoky and flavorful, and the miso black cod was everything I hoped for—silky, rich, and perfectly balanced. The sushi menu was also strong, showcasing quality and consistency. One of the standouts is definitely the Truffle Mushroom HotPot Rice, with the amazing, rich umami flavors, it’s a must have.
The atmosphere was buzzing, with a sleek design and a crowd that made the space feel alive. It’s the kind of restaurant that blends great food with an unforgettable night out, and I left already planning a return visit.
