10 Minute Spicy Gochujang Noodles

Spicy, slurpy, tangy noodles that are so quick and easy to make but taste super delicious!

I know it’s been a while but boy, have I got the most delicious spicy noodle recipe for you that’s ready in just 10 minutes! It’s a perfect quick fix meal or can be enjoyed on the side of some dumplings or anything really! My 10 Minute Spicy Gochujang Noodles were such a hit at home, my husband devoured it in minutes! I absolutely love Asian food, especially noodles, but sadly, there are no good delivery places near me, so I often have to satisfy my cravings by making it at home. I wanted something spicy and tangy and that is exactly what you get with these noodles! The best part is, you can totally make them plain or, for a more hearty meal, you can add any veggies or protein you like! They are so versatile, you can really make them your own as long as you have the noodles and sauce base. I used coconut aminos to make them a bit healthier, but if you don’t have that, you can substitute with low sodium soy sauce and it will achieve the same results. Sometimes the most delicious meals don’t always require too much time or many ingredients!

Here are a few tips/things to note about this recipe:

  • I used Mother In Law’s Gochujang that I got at Whole Foods, it’s vegan and tastes delicious! However, you can use any Gochujang paste you have on hand
  • You can totally add veggies or protein to this dish, just cook them before adding the noodles and sauce
  • If you don’t have sesame oil, you can use regular vegetable oil; the sesame oil just adds to the flavor
  • Pro Tip: Add a bit of Trader Joe’s Chili Onion Crunch to top it off, you won’t regret it!
