10 Minute Spicy Gochujang Noodles
Spicy, slurpy, tangy noodles that are so quick and easy to make but taste super delicious!

- 8 oz wide lo mein noodles boiled as per package instructions
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp siracha sauce
- 2 cloves grated garlic
For Garnish:
- scallions for garnish
- sesame seeds for garnish
- chili oil for garnish
Boil lo mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil and add in the noodles
Stir fry the noodles for a minute and then add in the sauce. Mix thoroughly to coat all the noodles evenly and cook for 3-4 minutes
Garnish with desired toppings and serve hot!
- I used Mother In Law's Gochujang, which is available at Whole Foods but feel free to use any Gochujang
- Add some Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch for some extra flavor
- You can totally add veggies or protein to this dish, just cook them before adding the noodles and sauce
- If you don't have sesame oil, you can use regular vegetable oil; the sesame oil just adds to the flavor
