Rose Cardamom Chia Pudding

A delicious twist on the traditional chia pudding to flavor up your breakfast!

So I actually LOVE chia pudding and I’ve had it many times from little cafe’s and restaurants, but I was always too lazy to make it myself. I actually never even really tried to because I always thought it was more difficult than it really was. The flavors and toppings for chia pudding are endless, but I wanted to put a little Indian fusion twist on this recipe, hence, the rose and cardamom! This is a delicious, light, refreshing, breakfast, but also filling enough for your full meal! Chia seeds are super healthy for you because they are very high in antioxidants and fiber, which aids in digestion and is also great for weight loss when included as part of a healthy meal plan! Not to mention, with the addition of these flavors, it’s a super delicious breakfast!

You can make this a day in advance and keep it ready for your breakfast the next morning and it only takes a few minutes with a few ingredients to make! All you need are chia seeds, almond milk, cardamom powder, and a few sweetening agents to make yourself a fun and yummy breakfast! I garnished mine with some rose petals and pistachios, but you can get creative with almonds, berries, or any sort of fruit that you would like! I also used Rooh Afza rose syrup to get the rose flavor and the beautiful pink color. It’s important to let the chia seeds set in the almond milk so you can get that pudding consistency. So what are you waiting for?! Go ahead, give it a try! I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did! I promise you’ll want to add it to your breakfast rotation! And as always, happy eating, friends!
