Pesto Goat Cheese Bites
This quick, easy and delicious appetizer is so addictive, it's sure to be an absolute hit for the holidays!

Servings: 15 cups
- 15 phyllo cups
- 6 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce
- chopped sun dried tomatoes for garnish
- pine nuts for garnish
Heat oven to 350 degrees and toast the phyllo cups for 3-5 minutes and set aside
While the cups are heating, put your goat cheese and pesto in a food processor and blend until combined and creamy
Put the goat cheese mixture into a piping bag or a ziploc bag and cut a slit and pipe into each cup
Top with a piece of sun dried tomato, basil, and pine nuts
Serve immediately!
- The pesto goat cheese mixture can be made and kept ahead of time
- You can use store bought pesto or my fresh homemade pesto recipe
- This recipe can be doubled if you need to make a larger batch
