Dosa Waffles
A yummy twist on a South Indian classic that makes for a great breakfast or brunch!

- 3 1/2 cups dosa batter or 1 full container of ready made dosa batter
- 2-3 green chili minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- salt to taste
- green chutney
- tamarind chutney
- sev
- Amul cheese shredded
- fresh cilantro chopped
- red chili powder for garnish
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for 15 minutes
Heat up waffle press and spray with non-stick cooking spray
Pour batter into waffle press and cook for about 7 minutes or until completely done
Top with green chutney, tamarind chutney, Amul cheese, sev, red chili powder and cilantro for garnish. Serve hot!
- I used store bought dosa mix but you can use homemade as well
- Feel free to have fun with your toppings
- Number of waffles will vary based on size of waffle press
