In a large mixing bowl, combine Beyond Beef, onion, parsley, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh garlic, and breadcrumbs
Mold into 4 burger patties using hands. You can line with wax paper until ready to cook
In a separate pan, sauté jalapeños until they are cooked down and roasted, set aside
Heat up griddle on medium high heat and cook burgers, about 3-4 minutes per side. Spread a little butter on burger buns and heat up on griddle as well
Once the burgers are near done, add a slice of pepper jack cheese on each and cover with a lid to help melt cheese faster
Slather a generous portion of chipotle mayo on the buns followed by the shredded lettuce. Slide the burgers on, top with the sautéed jalapeños and enjoy!
