Apple Cider Bourbon Mule
This Fall take on a classic cocktail is perfect for the season!
Servings: 1 drink
For the Cocktail
- 3 oz Apple Cider
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- Ginger beer to finish
- apple slices for garnish
- cinnamon stick for garnish
For the Sugar Rim
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
For the Cocktail
Fill a shaker cup with ice and add apple cider, bourbon, and lemon juice and shake vigorously until well combined
Pour into glass filled with ice and top with a little bit of ginger beer
Garnish with apple slice and cinnamon stick and enjoy!
For the Sugar Rim
Mix the sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl until all combined
Put the maple syrup on a plate
Dip the rim of the glass in the maple syrup and then dip it in the sugar mixture, turning until the entire rim is fully coated
