Air-Fried Shishito Peppers
Blistered shishito peppers covered in a spicy, garlicky sauce, air-fried to perfection!

- 6 oz Shishito Peppers
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Siracha sauce or Sambal Oelek
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except the Shishito peppers to create a sauce to coat the peppers with
Add the Shishito peppers and mix thoroughly until the peppers are coated with the sauce
Air fry the coated peppers at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes, shaking halfway through
Top with some sesame seeds and/or lemon zest and serve hot!
