Spicy Alfredo Pasta

A spicy, tangy, fusion twist on the traditional Alfredo sauce!

Pasta is literally my spirit food. It’s so versatile, comes in so many different shapes and sizes, and works with virtually any sauce combo! I love that it’s so easy to make and can be thrown together in a matter of minutes, whether you’re crunched for time or just want something easy to make, pasta always comes to the rescue! Sometimes I’m too tired or lazy to cook an extravagant or gourmet meal, so I turn to my trusty friend, pasta! This Spicy Alfredo Pasta is super simple to make, works with any pasta, and is ready in just 20 minutes! It’s twist on the traditional Alfredo sauce and is packed with spice and flavor, but still just as comforting!

This dish comes together with just a few ingredients and can be adjusted based on spice preferences. I love spicy food so I added a combination of different spicy ingredients to achieve my desired taste, but if you want to be more conservative, you can totally cut it down. After all, it is easier to add more as needed, rather than to remove.

A few things to note with this recipe:

  • Make sure you use fresh grated Parmesan cheese, not the store bought pre-grated stuff, I promise, it’s worth it. It melts better and will give your sauce a nice creamy texture. I used BelGioioso Parmesan cheese in mine
  • You can use any sort of hot sauce you have, just adjust based on how spicy you want it. I used Brooklyn Delhi Guntur Sannam hot sauce, but even something like Tobasco would work really great with this
  • Have this on its own or serve with a side of garlic bread, either way, you’ll be satisfied

I hope you guys will give this a try and enjoy it as much as I did! As always, don’t forget to post and tag me in your creations! Lets keep our hearts happy and bellies full with all this yummy food!
