Mini Brie Cranberry Bites

This bite sized sweet and savory duo has all the holiday feels and are super easy to make!

I know sweet and savory is a hugely popular combo that people seem to love, but I was honestly never a fan, unless it came to cheese! I love a good cheeseboard with some honey or fruit preserves. I think cheese goes really well with a sweet accompaniment, so you can just imagine how much I love these Mini Brie and Cranberry Bites! They’re tiny bowls of flaky crescent love filled with creamy, melted brie, mixed with sweet whole cranberry sauce, topped with rosemary. You can just pop these into your mouth for a flavor explosion! These are extremely easy to make and only use a handful of ingredients! If you’re planning to make an extensive Thanksgiving menu and are need of some quick and easy options, this one is definitely a home run! I absolutely love baked Brie and it’s something that we used to have at Christmas but it takes while to cook because you not only have to make sure to pastry dough on the outside is cooked, but also make sure the wheel of Brie on the inside is melted through. It’s so delicious, but these mini versions are much easier to make and take a lot less time to cook! You can also make a pretty large batch of them, so it’s perfect for entertaining this Thanksgiving!

These luscious bites come together in just 20 minutes and make for the perfect appetizer this holiday season! But, I must warn you, they are addicting, so beware! Also, your home will smell like a dream while these are baking! All you need is some crescent dough, brie, whole cranberry sauce, and fresh rosemary! I used Ocean Spray Whole Cranberry Sauce and Pilsbury Crescent Dough to make these lovely bowls of heaven. If you want to get even fancier, you can garnish these with some chopped pecans for an extra bit of crunch. I made these for Thanksgiving last year for my family and they were a huge hit! Trust me, you’ll want to make enough because people will just keep munching on these. It’s the perfect appetizer to make if you’re hosting or for you to bring to your intimate potluck! I can go on and on about how good these are, but you’ll just have to make it yourself to find out!
