Aqua was one of the most unique dining experiences I had in 2024. The menu offered both Italian and Japanese dishes, which was the perfect fit for my picky husband and myself. That being said, I enjoyed the Italian side of the menu a lot more than I did the Japanese side. It can be difficult for one restaurant to balance two different cuisines, and the Japanese was not the standout here.
The space itself matched the creativity of the menu, modern and stylish without being cold. It had that “downtown cool” energy but with service that kept everything approachable. Aqua struck me as the kind of place that you could enjoy a fun girls night with great cocktails and pretty decent food!
